I’m not familiar with the stores in Canada – here it is popping up everywhere – Michaels, JoAnns, and even Target! You can find it in the scrapbooking section. If you’re still having trouble finding it, you can try online – I have purchased washi tape online at both Downtown Tape (downtowntape.com) and Consumer Crafts (consumercrafts.com).
