Living in the desert, I live in flip flops for much of the year. They are comfortable, inexpensive, and super easy to embellish. I hadn’t seen anything like this fun idea for embellishing flip-flops before, though! This great DIY made me double-take, because these are some seriously upscale flip flops! The brass ring makes the flip flops look like much more than rubber and foam – they look like footwear that can take you from pool to party. They are also easy to make, and don’t take much time at all. It will take more time to dig up some brass rings to use than it will to make these fun summer shoes.
